Introducing... Bruno!

This little fella was waiting for us when we got back home on Monday night. He jumped into my arms like a long lost pal. Tuesday morning he was outside in the garden miaowing. He's now the newest member of our family. Little Bruno's about 3 months old, with a classic Van pattern to his coat, so he's all white except for a grey and black stripy tail and a grey patch on his head. He has a very pale grey mark near the base of his tail. What a cutey!!!

  1. Hi Wendy.

What a great coming home present! He is really a doll. Will you keep him in the house, or does he have to be a garden dweller? Oh, Evan's still chanting Alphabettispaghetti. It's driving my nuts! :)

  2. He's a house cat. He's allowed supervised trips into the garden, but I think he's too little to be wandering about outside on his own. He still sleeps on the landing so our other cat can have some time on her own with us until she's accepted him properly. All good fun and games :)

  3. we got a van by chance last year, she has ginger aswell as the black and white. You'll find they match their breed description to the letter. She is pretty bitey and scratchy but only because she likes giving you love bites. She will also knoc off ornaments if she doesnt get her way. She was a house cat but inevitably got out and now we let her in and out a couple of hours a day. What a cutey!!

  5. Hi Amy. He's not a pedigree Van, just has classic Van markings, especially as the pale grey mark that was on his back has disappeared, but he does all those naughty things your cat does! We've had to clear the house of ALL ornaments and we have to put absolutely everything away, otherwise he knocks it onto the floor. He also likes to bite, but again in a playful way. He plays with water and will only drink by dipping his paws in his water bowl and then licking them! He's a real character! Thanks for sharing your story :)
