This seal brooch is being sold in my Etsy shop to raise money for IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare)'s campaign to put an end to the horrendous annual slaughter of baby harp seals. Who needs to wear seal fur? Only indigenous Canadian populations, in my opinion. The fact is, with global warming, arctic and subarctic wildlife is already under pressure.
